On behalf of the Baltimore RPA Committee, it is with heartfelt joy and pride that we welcome you to Baltimore, Maryland, for the 50th Anniversary of the Robinson Pauley Aldridge Family Reunion! This golden milestone marks half a century of love, legacy, and connection—a powerful testament to the strength and resilience of our family.

Nestled on the shores of the Chesapeake Bay, Baltimore is a city of rich heritage, deep roots, and vibrant culture. Known affectionately as "Charm City," Baltimore has played an instrumental role in African American history and continues to be a symbol of progress, pride, and perseverance.

Here are just a few reasons why Baltimore is the perfect setting to celebrate our 50th family reunion:

A City of Firsts and Freedom Fighters:
Baltimore is the birthplace of Thurgood Marshall, the first African American Supreme Court Justice, and home to the legacy of Frederick Douglass, a leader of the abolitionist movement. The city’s Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History & Culture and the Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park offer moving tributes to the struggle and triumph of our ancestors.

Harbor Views and Historic Vibes:
From the bustling Inner Harbor to the historic neighborhoods of Fells Point and Mount Vernon, Baltimore invites you to explore its scenic waterfront, charming cobblestone streets, and cultural landmarks. Take a stroll, ride a water taxi, or enjoy live music with family as we soak in the sights together.

Baltimore has a vibrant African American arts, music, and culinary scene. From the soulful sounds of local musicians to the flavors of iconic dishes like crab cakes and Old Bay everything, this city knows how to feed the body and the soul.

• This tour is not apart of the Reunion and is an additional cost.
